Try first, pay later

Jusonix runs free and unrestricted for 7 days. That is the best way to find out whether it works with your playlist and your television before spending anything.

14 days to change your mind

If you change your mind after buying, you have 14 days to request a full refund by writing to [email protected]. No reason needed. Include the email address used for the purchase or your order reference.

How it works

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the purchase, normally within 5 working days of the request. On refund the licence is deactivated and the application returns to trial state.

When we cannot refund

• More than 14 days after the purchase.
• When the licence came from a disputed or reversed payment.
• When the application has been modified to bypass licence checks.

Technical problems

If something does not work, try writing to us before asking for a refund: most cases are solved in a couple of lines, and the problem is often in the IPTV playlist rather than in the application.
